YESSSS, I FINALLY QUIT SMOKING, I HAVE BEEN SMOKING FOR THE LAST 23 YEARS, I TRIED NTH TIME TO STOP IT, CAN'T FIGHT THE URGE EVEN FOR AN HOUR. BUT NOW THIS IS MY 4TH "NICOTINE FREE" DAY.

I HOPE I CAN SUSTAIN THIS FOREVER!!!! :)
